Mark
Hebblewhite

Born in London United Kingdom, Mark Hebblewhite is a contemporary artist working across visual media, exploring perception, memory, and identity. His work draws on lived experience, cultural contrast, and the overlooked details of everyday life.
Mark studied at the University for the Creative Arts, earning a Bachelor's degree (2:1), and completed a Foundation degree at Sussex Coast College Hastings, where he developed his early visual language.
His work avoids fixed meanings, instead inviting reinterpretation shaped by context and the viewer's perspective. There is often a quiet tension in his pieces—something familiar, yet slightly unsettled.
"I'm not interested in capturing things as they are, but how they're remembered—how they shift and distort depending on who's looking. Meaning isn't fixed. It moves."
His practice sits between observation and reconstruction, where ideas are pulled apart and reassembled without instruction.
